Picacho Peak is a state park famous for its civil war history and springtime wildflower blooms. It’s easily accessible from Interstate 10. There’s hiking trails and camping for tents and RVs. I’ve never personally camped there because the Hungry Knife HQ is only 15 miles from this location.
